Website hosting

The hosting provider may process technical request data, including IP address, request time and requested resources. Actual retention settings must be added once the ALL-INKL setup is confirmed.

Contact form

The form collects name, email address, optional phone number, requested service and message to respond to enquiries. The applicable legal bases include Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual enquiries and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for legitimate business communication.

Necessary session

The form uses a PHP session for CSRF protection. This may set a technically necessary session cookie. No tracking is implemented for this purpose.

Recipients and retention

Emails are delivered using the configured hosting/mail service. Recipients, processor arrangements and retention periods must be determined before launch.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to complain to a competent supervisory authority.

Third-party services

This build does not load externally hosted fonts, analytics or marketing trackers by default. Any added third-party services require an updated notice and, where needed, consent.
